摘 要:化成箔是铝电解电容器的关键原材料,要制造超高压铝电解电容器,必须提供超高压化成箔。通过在阳极铝箔上预形成一定厚度的多孔膜阻挡层,经过封孔后进行多级高压阳极氧化,形成了超高压(1000 V以上)化成箔。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对氧化膜厚度进行测量,研究了不同氧化条件对多孔膜的厚度的影响以及对化成箔耐压值的影响。通过IR红外光谱和X射线衍射图谱测试分析发现,铝箔表面氧化膜中含有无定形Al(OH)_(3)、γ^(1)-Al_(2)O_(3)、三水氧化铝。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,伴随着氧化时间的增加、氧化温度的升高,多孔膜的厚度值则越大;该方法克服了传统工艺的局限性,取得了超高压化成箔制备工艺的技术突破。Formed foil is the key raw material for aluminum electrolytic capacitors.To manufacture ultra-high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors,ultra-high voltage formed foil must be provided.By pre-forming a porous membrane barrier layer of a certain thickness on the anode aluminum foil and multi-stage high voltage anodization after sealing,an ultra-high voltage(above 1000V)foil was formed.The effect of the oxidation conditions on the thickness of the porous film and the pressure resistance value of the chemical foil was investigated by measuring the thickness of the oxide film with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).IR infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction measurement revealed that the surface oxide film of the aluminum foil contained amorphous Al(OH)_(3),γ^(1)-type alumina,and alumina trihydrate.The results show that the thickness of the porous film increases with the increase of oxidation time and oxidation temperature within a certain range.This method overcomes the limitations of the traditional process and makes a technological breakthrough in the preparation of ultra-high pressure chemical foil.
