依达拉奉合用醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析依达拉奉合用醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法70例急性脑梗死患者,根据单双号方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组以依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及干预前后的临床指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、BI指数评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.29%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)为(6.42±0.28)IU/ml,高于对照组的(5.61±0.23)IU/ml,丙二醛(MDA)为(5.16±0.38)mmol/ml、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)为(62.17±3.87)μg/L,均低于对照组的(7.18±0.46)mmol/ml、(73.11±7.83)μg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者NIHSS评分(6.23±2.17)分低于对照组的(8.52±2.03)分,BI指数评分(63.24±3.76)分高于对照组的(54.74±3.69)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉合用醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死可以有效营养神经,提高治疗效果,减轻神经功能缺损,提升患者生活质量,值得使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even number method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and BI score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.29%of the observation group was higher than 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)(6.42±0.28)IU/ml of the observation group was higher than(5.61±0.23)IU/ml of the control group,and malondialdehyde(MDA)(5.16±0.38)mmol/ml and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)(62.17±3.87)μg/L were lower than(7.18±0.46)mmol/ml and(73.11±7.83)μg/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score(6.23±2.17)points of the observation group was lower than(8.52±2.03)points of the control group,and BI score(63.24±3.76)points was higher than(54.74±3.69)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of edaravone and Xingnaojing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and it can effectively nourish the nerve,improve the treatment effect,reduce the neurological deficit,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of application.
