观察METAPEX糊剂防治根管治疗期间疼痛的临床治疗价值

摘　　要：目的观察METAPEX糊剂防治根管治疗期间疼痛的临床治疗价值。方法92例进行根管治疗的乳牙根尖周炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各46例。对照组使用甲醛甲酚进行根管治疗,观察组采用METAPEX糊剂进行根管治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后的疼痛情况和治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗后,疼痛程度0级40例、Ⅰ级4例、Ⅱ级2例、Ⅲ级0例;对照组患儿治疗后,疼痛程度0级22例、Ⅰ级12例、Ⅱ级8例、Ⅲ级4例。观察组疼痛情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率93.48%高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳牙根尖周炎患儿采用METAPEX糊剂进行根管治疗能够减轻患儿治疗期间的疼痛,提高治疗效果,改善患儿生活质量,应该在临床上广泛使用。Objective To observe the clinical value of METAPEX paste in preventing and treating pain during root canal treatment.Methods A total of 92 children with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth undergoing root canal treatment were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received cresol and formaldehyde for root canal treatment,and the observation group was treated with METAPEX paste for root canal treatment.The pain after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there were 40 cases of grade 0 pain,4 cases of gradeⅠpain,2 cases of gradeⅡpain and 0 case of gradeⅢpain in the observation group;after treatment,there were 22 cases of grade 0 pain,12 cases of gradeⅠpain,8 cases of gradeⅡpain and 4 cases of gradeⅢpain in the control group.The pain status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 93.48%of the observation group was higher than 73.91%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth,root canal treatment with METAPEX paste can reduce the pain during treatment,improve the therapeutic effect,and improve the quality of life of patients.It should be widely used in clinic.
