复发性口腔溃疡患者采用复方青黛贴片治疗对溃疡状况及T细胞亚群水平的干预效果

摘　　要：目的分析在复发性口腔溃疡患者中给予复方青黛贴片治疗对溃疡状况和T细胞亚群水平的干预效果。方法90例复发性口腔溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采取常规药物治疗,观察组患者采取复方青黛贴片治疗。比较两组治疗前和治疗后3 d溃疡面积、充血面积、T细胞亚群水平。结果治疗前,对照组患者溃疡面积、充血面积分别为(9.47±2.54)、(20.59±5.14)mm^(2),观察组患者分别为(9.45±2.15)、(19.42±4.18)mm^(2);治疗后3 d,对照组患者溃疡面积、充血面积分别为(6.36±1.91)、(14.66±2.41)mm^(2),观察组患者分别为(3.88±1.38)、(6.69±1.33)mm^(2);治疗后3 d,两组患者溃疡面积、充血面积均较本组治疗前缩小,且观察组缩小幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3 d,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较本组治疗前改善,且观察组患者改善幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方青黛贴片应用于复发性口腔溃疡患者的治疗中,可有效缩小溃疡面积和充血面积,调节T细胞亚群水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of compound indigo naturalis patch on ulcer status and T cell subsets in patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 90 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medication,and the observation group was treated with compound indigo naturalis patch.The ulcer area and hyperemia area and T cell subsets before treatment and after 3 d of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the ulcer area and hyperemia area of the control group were(9.47±2.54)and(20.59±5.14)mm^(2),which were(9.45±2.15)and(19.42±4.18)mm^(2) of the observation group.3 d after treatment,the ulcer area and hyperemia area of the control group were(6.36±1.91)and(14.66±2.41)mm^(2),which were(3.88±1.38)and(6.69±1.33)mm^(2) of the observation group.3 d after treatment,the ulcer area and hyperemia area of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 d after treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound indigo naturalis patch applied in patients with recurrent oral ulcer can effectively promote the reduction of ulcer area and hyperemia area,and regulate the level of T cell subsets,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
