摘　　要：目的应用国际龋病检查和评估系统分析氟化钠护齿剂和氟化泡沫在预防乳牙龋中的效果,并分析两种氟化物的安全性。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,将389例儿童分为两组,对其乳牙患龋情况及接受干预的配合度情况进行调查。结果干预前氟化泡沫组和氟化钠护齿剂组的患龋率、龋均及龋病的严重程度比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后氟化泡沫组和氟化钠护齿剂组的患龋率分别为86.01%和78.06%,龋均分别为(6.09±4.73)和(5.15±4.38),氟化泡沫组的患龋率及龋均高于氟化钠护齿剂组(χ^(2)=4.50,P<0.05;t=2.02,P<0.05)。氟化泡沫组和氟化钠护齿剂组的龋发病率分别为77.04%和48.98%,新发龋均分别为(4.35±4.15)和(1.26±1.74),氟化泡沫组的龋发病率及新发龋均高于氟化钠护齿剂组(χ^(2)=35.92,P<0.01;t=9.64,P<0.01)。干预后氟化泡沫组乳牙龋的严重情况高于氟化钠护齿剂组(Z=-4.49,P<0.01)。结论氟化钠护齿剂预防乳牙龋的效果优于氟化泡沫。Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium fluoride and fluoride foam on prevention of primary teeth caries by using International caries detection and assessment system,and to analyze the security of two kinds of fluoride,so as to provide evidence for improving children’s oral health care.Methods By using cluster sampling,389 children were divided into two groups to investigate the primary teeth caries status and the cooperation degree when accepting intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the caries prevalence rate,dmft and the severity of caries between these two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the caries prevalence rate of the group of the fluoride foam and the sodium fluoride were 86.01%and 78.06%,the mean dmft were(6.09±4.73)and(5.15±4.38).The caries prevalence rate and the mean dmft of the group of fluoride foam were higher than those in the group of sodium fluoride(χ^(2)=4.50,P<0.05;t=2.02,P<0.05).The incidence rate of new caries of the group of the fluoride foam and the sodium fluoride were 77.04%and 48.98%,the mean of new caries were(4.35±4.15)and(1.26±1.74).The incidence rate and the mean of new caries of the group of fluoride foam were higher than the sodium fluoride(χ^(2)=35.92,P<0.05;t=9.64,P<0.05).The severity of primary teeth caries of the group of fluoride foam was higher than that in the group of sodium fluoride.The severity of primary teeth caries of the group of fluoride foam was higher compared to the group of sodium fluoride(Z=-4.49,P<0.01).Conclusion Sodium fluoride is better than fluoride foam on prevention of primary teeth caries.
