摘  要:利用组合工器具带电更换1 000 kV耐张绝缘子会改变绝缘子串的电压分布、影响带电工作人员体表电场分布,为分析绝缘子串不同位置进行更换作业时的整体电压和电场分布规律,文中根据实际1 000 kV耐张塔输电线路建立了三维模型,利用有限元法进行电场仿真分析;并使用子模型法重点分析了组合工具在不同位置时工具本体的最大电场值,以及人体在不同位置使用组合工具时的体表场强分布。分析结果表明,组合工具越靠近导线端,对绝缘子的电位分布及人体电场分布的影响越大,与没有组合工具短接绝缘子时进行比较,从铁塔端到靠近导线端,单片绝缘子最大压降增幅为18.9 kV。组合工具本身最大电场强度为2 332 kV/m。人体电场强度的最大值在使用组合工具后均有所提升,最高幅值变化由1 392 kV/m变为1 897 kV/m。同时,获得了不同位置作业时人体各部位的电场分布特性,为带电工作人员的安全防护提供一定的参考意见。Live replacement of 1000 kV tension insulator by the use of combination tools can change voltage distribution of insulator string and affect the surface electric field distribution of the operators at live condition.For the analysis of integral voltage and electric field distribution rule in the case of replacement work of the insulator string at different positions,in this paper,the 3D model is set up in accordance with the actual 1000 kV tension tower transmission line.The electric field simulation and analysis are performed by the use of finite element method.The submodel method is used to analyze the maximum field value of the combination tools proper at different positions and the surface field intensity distribution of the human body in case of using the combination tools at different positions.It is shown by the analysis result that the closer the combination tools are to the line end,the greater the influence on the potential distribution of the insulator and the electric field distribution of human body will be.Compared with the insulator shorting without the combination tool,the maximum voltage drop of a single insulator from the end of tower to the end near the line is increased by 18.9 kV.The maximum electric field intensity of the combination tool itself is 2332 k V/m.The maximum electric field intensity of human body is increased after the use of the combination tools,with the maximum amplitude variation from 1392 kV/m to 1897 kV/m.At the same time,in case of operating at different positions,the electric field distribution characteristic for all parts of the human body is obtained,which can provide some reference advice for the safe protection for live operators.
