摘  要:文章从分析专业创新能力构成要素入手,以道路桥梁工程技术专业为例,构建以提升创新水平为核心的"多层次—递进式"课程体系,创建创新型第二课堂,实施打造创新型教师团队、建立开放性实验实训室制度、创建创新工作室、创新学习评价体系等多元化人才保障举措,形成双线并行的专业创新能力分层次递进培养体系,校企协同培养创新型高素质技术技能人才。This paper starts with the analysis of the elements of professional innovation ability, taking road and bridge engineering technology major as an example, builds a "multi-level progressive" curriculum system with the improvement of innovation as the core, and creates an innovative second class. Measures have been taken to ensure diversified talents, such as building an innovative teacher team, establishing an open experiment and training room system, creating an innovative studio, and establishing an innovative learning evaluation system. The double line parallel professional innovation ability cultivating system in different levels is formed, so as to cultivate innovative high-quality technical and skilled talents by school-enterprise cooperation.
