摘　　要：目的探讨原发睾丸弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床分析及其预后影响因素。方法选取2010年5月至2019年5月我院收治的原发睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者28例,所有患者均进行病理学检查。分析28例患者1年内死亡概率及患者生存率影响因素。结果1月至4月死亡的患者1例,病死率为4%;5月至8月死亡的患者2例,病死率为7%;9月至12月死亡的患者4例,病死率为14%;未发现治疗方案、肿瘤发生部位、年龄对生存率有影响(P>0.05),血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平、B症状、临床分期、国际预后指数(IPI)评分、组织分裂影响生存率(P<0.05)。结论通过原发睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者进行分析,能有效了解对患者预后的影响,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods Twenty-eight patients with primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2019 were selected.All patients underwent pathological examination,and death proba-bility within one year,survival rate influencing factors were analysed.Results One patient died from January to April,the mortality rate was 4%;two patients died from May to August,the mortality rate was 7%;four patients died from September to December,the mortality rate was 14%;the treatment plan,tumor location and age had no effect on the sur-vival rate(P>0.05),the serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)level,B symptoms,clinical stage,international prognostic index(IPI)score,and the survival rate of tissue division were relatively high(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of patients with primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma can effectively understand the impact on the prognosis of patients,which should be further promoted in clinical practice.
