朱琏针灸兴奋法应用于缺血性中风偏瘫的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨缺血性中风偏瘫采用朱琏针灸兴奋法治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2017年2月到2020年5月本院收治的60例缺血性中风偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用双盲法分组标准分成常规组和试验组各30例。常规组予常规治疗,试验组予朱琏针灸兴奋法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、神经功能缺损程度、肢体运动功能障碍程度和患侧肢体肌力。结果:试验组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组NIHSS评分、改良Ashworth肌力评分低于常规组(P<0.05);而FMA评分、Lindmark评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:朱琏针灸兴奋法运用在缺血性中风偏瘫患者中,既能促进神经功能修复,又可增强肌力,使患者患侧肢体活动功能得到提高,值得推荐。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zhulian acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods:Sixty patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into routine group and experimental group by double-blind grouping criteria,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Zhulian acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The treatment effect,the degree of neurological deficit,the degree of limb motor dysfunction and the muscle strength of the affected limb were compared between the two groups.RRee-sults:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the NIHSS score and the modified Ashworth muscle strength score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the experimental group was FMA after treatment The score and Lindmark score were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhulian acupuncture and moxibustion excitement method used in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia can not only promote the restoration of nerve function,but also enhance muscle strength,and improve the physical function of the affected limb.It is worth recommending.
