新时期中国体育外交话语体系构建研究——基于传统文化视角

摘　　要：在国际关系学界,人们倾向于用西方文化和理论来解读新时期的中国体育外交,导致了很多误解。然而,新时期的中国体育外交具备了更多体现自身传统文化的战略空间与条件,体育外交文化自信和文化自觉有所增强。因此,构建和完善中国体育外交话语体系既是新时期中国体育面临的重要任务,也是难得机遇。文化是影响国家体育外交目标、手段和风格的重要因素。具有不同传统文化的国家,其体育外交话语特色也存在差异。笔者认为:从中国传统文化切入,在系统梳理中国的道路观、国家观、秩序观、人本观、交往观和价值观的基础上,诠释它们与中国体育外交实践之间的逻辑关联,是完善中国体育外交话语体系的重要路径,是中国体育国际化发展的必然选择,也是中国体育强国建设的必由之路。In the field of international relations,people usually use western theories to interpret China’s sports diplomacy,which leads to many misunderstandings.At the same time,China’s sports diplomacy in the new era has more strategic space and conditions to reflect its own traditional culture,and its cultural self-confidence and cultural consciousness have been enhanced.Therefore,the task of building and improving China’s sports diplomacy discourse system is important and urgent.Countries with different traditional culture have different characteristics of sports diplomacy discourse.This paper holds that starting from Chinese traditional culture,on the basis of systematically combing Chinese road view,national view,order view,people-oriented view,communication view and values,interpreting the logical relationship between theirs and China’s sports diplomacy practice is an important way to improve China’s sports diplomacy discourse system,an inevitable choice for China’s sports internationalization development,and also the only way to build a leading sports nation for China.
