传动直丝弓矫治技术与无托槽隐形矫治对错牙合畸形患者的临床效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究传动直丝弓矫治技术与无托槽隐形矫治对错牙合畸形患者的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月~2017年5月我院收治的错牙合畸形患者90例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为传动直丝弓矫治组、无托槽隐形矫治组各45例。传动直丝弓矫治组患者使用传动直丝弓矫治技术进行治疗,无托槽隐形矫治组使用无托槽隐形矫治进行治疗。对比分析对两组患者倾斜牙矫正时间、转位牙矫正时间、复诊次数,以及牙龈沟深度(probing depth of gingival sulcus, SPD)、牙龈指数(gingival index, GI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index, SBI)指标、满意度评分、治疗效果,并发症发生情况。结果:无托槽隐形矫治组患者倾斜牙矫正时间、转位牙矫正时间、复诊次数、并发症发生情况均低于传动直丝弓矫治组,且满意度评分、治疗总有效率高于传动直丝弓矫治组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后无托槽隐形矫治组患者SPD、GI、SBI指标低于传动直丝弓矫治组(P<0.05)。结论:传动直丝弓矫治技术与无托槽隐形矫治在错牙合畸形患者治疗疗效显著,且无托槽隐形矫治效果更为突出,能够提高患者满意度,利于保持口腔卫生,减少治疗期间并发症的发生。Objective:To study the clinical effect of the treatment of malocclusion with straight wire appliance and invisible correction without bracket.Methods:Ninety patients with malocclusion in our hospital from May 2016 to may 2017 were selected and randomly divided into transmission straight wire appliance group and bracket free invisible appliance group, 45 cases in each group.The patients in the transmission straight wire appliance group were treated with transmission straight wire appliance technology, while the patients in the non bracket invisible appliance group were treated with bracket invisible appliance.The inclined tooth correction time, transposed tooth correction time, return visit times, and SPD,GI,SBI index, satisfaction score, treatment effect and complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The orthodontic time of inclined teeth, the orthodontic time of transposed teeth, the number of follow-up visits and the incidence of complications in the non bracket invisible orthodontic group were lower than those in the transmission straight wire orthodontic group, and the satisfaction score and the total effective rate were higher(P<0.05).After treatment, the indexes of SPD, GI and SBI in the invisible orthodontic group were lower than those in the straight wire orthodontic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transmission straight wire appliance and non bracket invisible appliance have better curative effect in the treatment of malocclusion patients, and the effect of non bracket invisible appliance is more prominent, which can better improve patients’ satisfaction, help to maintain oral health, reduce the occurrence of complications during the treatment.
