摘 要:目的:分析Twin-block矫治器治疗骨性安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形儿童上气道形态的变化。方法:选择就诊于我院的骨性安氏Ⅱ类下颌发育不足错(牙合)畸形患儿41例,应用Twin-block矫治器进行治疗,治疗前后拍摄卧式CBCT,统计分析上气道治疗前后的三维结构变化。结果:应用Twin-block矫治器治疗骨性安氏Ⅱ类下颌发育不足患儿后,其上气道总体积、腭咽段、舌咽段、喉咽段体积、上气道最小横截面积及其矢状径、横径、矢状径/横径均增大(P<0.001),鼻咽段体积无明显变化(P=0.606)。结论:Twin-block矫治器治疗骨性安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形下颌后缩患儿,上气道体积增大,形态明显改善,有助于改善上气道的通气功能。Objective:To analyze the changes of upper airway morphology in children with Class Ⅱ malocclusion by Twin-block appliance.Methods:Forty-one cases of children with mandible underdevelopment Class Ⅱ malocclusion in our hospital were selected to provide treatment by Twin-block appliance.CBCT was taken before and after treatment for the statistical analysis of changes in the three-dimensional structure of upper airway treatment.Results:After treating children with mandible underdevelopment Class Ⅱ malocclusion by Twin-block appliance, the total upper airway volume, the volume of velopharyngeal segment, glossopharyngeal segment, laryngopharyngeal segment, minimum cross-sectional area of upper airway and the sagittal diameter, lateral diameter, sagittal diameter/lateral diameter increased(P<0.001).The volume of the nasopharyngeal segment did not change obviously(P=0.606).Conclusion:After treating children with mandibular retrusion Class Ⅱ malocclusion by Twin-block appliance, the upper airway volume increased and the morphology improved significantly.It is useful for improving the ventilation function of upper airway.
