言语行为干预及布洛芬缓释胶囊缓解正畸疼痛的有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:评估言语行为干预、布洛芬缓释胶囊及言语行为干预和布洛芬缓释胶囊联合使用对于无托槽隐形矫治患者正畸疼痛的缓解效果。方法:将160例佩戴隐形矫治器的患者随机分为4组,A组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊,B组给予言语行为干预,C组同时给予布洛芬缓释胶囊和言语行为干预,而D组仅给予安慰剂对照(乳糖)。患者佩戴矫治器6 h,1 d,2 d,3 d,4 d,5 d,6 d和7 d后,采用视觉模拟评分量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)分别记录各时间点正畸疼痛程度。结果:与B组患者相比,A组在6 h疼痛强度低(P<0.05);C组在24 h和2 d疼痛强度较低(P<0.05)。而与D组相比,B组患者在6 h和24 h时,疼痛强度较低(P<0.05)。结论:布洛芬缓释胶囊可以作为缓解正畸疼痛的主要药物,同时言语行为干预可以作为有效的辅助手段。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of verbal behavior modification,Ibuprofen,and the combined effectiveness of verbal behavior modification along with ibuprofen on orthodontic pain in patients with clear aligner.Methods:One hundred and sixty clear aligner patients were randomly divided into four groups.Group A was administered Ibuprofen,group B was given verbal behavior modification,and group C was administered Ibuprofen as well as verbal behavior modification,group D was placebo-controlled.The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to record the intensity of pain at 6 h,1,2,3,4,5,6,and 7 days after wearing.Results:Compared with group B,the average pain intensity of group A was lower at 6 h(P<0.05),which was statistically different.At 24 h and 2 d,the average pain intensity of group C patients was lower(P<0.05).Compared with group D,patients in group B had lower average pain intensity at 6 h and 24 h(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ibuprofen can be used as the main drug for orthodontic pain,with verbal behavior serving as an adjunct to it.
