摘  要:为了建立完善的肉鸡养殖生物安全模式,了解舍外生物安全措施对生产成绩的影响,试验将鸡群分为2个批次饲养,以原有生物安全模式饲养鸡群(136600只)为对照组,以整改后生物安全模式饲养鸡群(126586只)为试验组,试验组和对照组鸡群除生物安全模式有所不同外,其他饲养管理措施均相同,通过在不同生物安全体系下饲养科宝肉鸡雏鸡,整改前后,随机抽取2栋(A、B栋)检测进鸡前鸡舍环境棉拭子细菌指标(大肠杆菌、沙门氏杆菌及细菌总数)及1日龄和35日龄鸡群H9亚型禽流感病毒和新城疫病毒抗体水平,对不同生物安全模式下的生产成绩(成活率、出栏均重、平均耗料、料重比、只药费)进行比较。结果表明:整改前后鸡舍及生活区大肠杆菌和沙门氏杆菌均为阴性,且A栋和B栋间细菌总数差异不显著(P>0.05)。整改前后两批次雏鸡平均体重分别为(39.31±4.01)g、(38.42±3.54)g,差异不显著(P>0.05)。整改前后1日龄时,雏鸡H9亚型禽流感病毒抗体水平及新城疫病毒抗体水平差异不显著(P>0.05);35日龄时,A栋H9亚型禽流感病毒抗体水平差异不显著(P>0.05),B栋H9亚型禽流感病毒抗体水平和A、B栋新城疫病毒抗体水平均差异极显著(P<0.01)。整改后鸡群生产成绩优于原有生物安全模式,其中成活率提高了0.94百分点,出栏均重增加了0.34 kg/只,料重比降低了0.05,只药费降低了0.06元。说明完善的生物安全模式有利于肉鸡生产成绩的提高。In order to establish a complete biosafety model for broiler breeding,to understand the effect of off-house biosafety measures on production performance,the experiment divided the chicken flock into 2 batches;136600 chickens were raised in the original biosafety mode as the control group,and 126586 chickens were raised in the rectified biosafety mode as the experimental group;except for the different biosafety model,other feeding management measures were the same in the experimental group and the control group.By raising Cobb broilers under different biosafety systems,two buildings(A and B)were radomly selected before and after rectification,the bacteria indicators(E.coli,Salmonella and total number of bacteria)and antibody levels of H9 subtype Avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus in chickens at 1 and 35 days old were detected in the environmental cotton swab before chicken entering the house,and the production performance(survival rate,average weight,average material consumption,material-to-weight ratio,drug cost per chicken)were compared under different biosafety models.The results showed that the chicken house and living area were negative for Escherichia coli and Salmonella before and after the rectification,and the total number of bacteria between building A and building B was not significantly different(P>0.05).The average body weight of the chicks before and after the rectification was(39.31±4.01)g and(38.42±3.54)g respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in antibody levels of H9 subtype Avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus in 1-day-old chicks before and after rectification(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in antibody levels of H9 subtype Avian influenza virus in Building A at the age of 35 days(P>0.05),there were significant differences in the levels of antibody levels of H9 subtype Avian influenza virus in building B,and the levels of Newcastle disease virus antibodies in buildings A and B(P<0.01).After the rect
