摘　　要：目的:探讨自行研发的计算机化认知矫正治疗系统(Computerized Cognitive Remediation Therapy,CCRT)改善高血压轻度认知障碍的疗效。方法:选取2017年4月~2017年8月在内蒙古医科大学第一附属医院、包头医学院第一附属医院及市中心医院入组治疗的高血压轻度认知功能障碍患者72例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例。对照组行常规运动治疗和作业治疗,治疗组在其基础上进行CCRT软件治疗,疗程4周。治疗前后对两组进行收缩压、舒张压值比较,MMSE总分及其各纬度评分、CDR、MoCA和GDS评分进行综合评估。结果:两组患者收缩压值、舒张压值、MMSE总分、CDR、MoCA、GDS评分比治疗前均改善(P<0.05);收缩压、舒张压值组间比较无显著变化(P>0.05)。治疗组MMSE各纬度评分的定向力和语言能力评分同组比较明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组比较对照组,除记忆力以外定向力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力、语言能力评分更改善(P<0.05)。结论:CCRT软件能改善轻度认知障碍疾病患者认知能力,尤其对定向力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力、语言能力可有效改善,对患者收缩压、舒张压值改善无显著相关性。Objective:To explore the efficacy of self-developed Computerized Cognitive Remediation Therapy(CCRT)software for improving and treating patients with hypertension and mild cognitive impairment.Methods:72 patients with hypertension mild cognitive impairment enrolled in First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University,First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College and Central hospital from April to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases each.The control group received conventional exercise therapy and occupational therapy,and the treatment group received CCRT software therapy on the basis of its,with a course of 4 weeks.Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,MMSE total score and its latitude scores,CDR,MoCA and GDS scores were comprehensively evaluated.Results:Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,MMSE total score,CDR,MoCA and GDS scores of the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant change in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Treatment group MMSE score each orientation force and language ability score group is obviously improved(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,except for the memory,orientation force,attention and computing power,recall ability,language ability score more improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:CCRT software can improve the cognitive function of patients with hypertension and mild cognitive impairment,especially can improve the orientation force,attention and computing power,recall ability,language ability.There is no significant correlation with the improvement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.
