摘　　要：脑卒中可致偏瘫膝过伸,影响站立与行走,降低日常生活活动能力。其中,下肢肌力弱、肌张力升高、本体感觉障碍是导致膝过伸的主要原因。同时,膝过伸加速了膝关节损伤又进一步影响了膝关节的运动功能的提高。目前,临床上多采用膝关节控制技术、易化技术、肌电生物反馈疗法、膝关节矫形器等康复方法来改善膝过伸。其中,膝关节控制训练应用较普遍,效果也较好。关于脑卒中膝过伸康复机制及影响因素的研究主要集中在电生理和生物力学几个方面,随着研究的不断深入,临床疗效不断提高。我们希望,进一步加强脑卒中膝过伸的研究,为康复临床提供科学、精准的评估方法和更多的康复适宜技术,以提高康复疗效,更大程度地改善康复愈后,提高患者的日常生活活动能力和生活质量。Stroke leads to hemiplegic genu recurvatum,affecting standing and walking,and reducing the ability of daily living activities.Among them,the main causes are weakness of lower limbs,increased muscular tension and proprioceptive disturbance.At the same time,genu recurvatum accelerates knee joint injury and further affects the improvement of knee joint motor function.At present,knee joint control technology,facilitation technology,electromyography biofeedback therapy,knee joint orthopaedic equipment and other rehabilitation methods are often used to improve knee hyperextension,in which the application of knee joint control training is more common and the effect is better.The research on the rehabilitation mechanism and influencing factors of genu recurvatum in stroke mainly focuses on several aspects of electrophysiology and biomechanics.With the deepening of the research,the clinical efficacy has been improved.We hope to further strengthen the study on knee hyperextension after stroke,provide scientific and accurate assessment methods and more appropriate rehabilitation techniques for clinical rehabilitation,so as to enhance the curative effect of rehabilitation,improve the ability of daily life activities and living quality.
