摘　　要：基于学生武术学习中健康行为表现评价内容、指标及构成的困惑,即回答“评价什么”的问题。通过理论梳理、教师访谈及德尔菲专家调查法的研究过程,构建高中学生武术学习健康行为表现评价指标。本文界定武术健康行为是受健康思想支配而表现出来的外在的健康活动,主要表现在掌握武术技击方法过程中学习行为表现、武术学习中的应变能力、武术学习中的健康管理能力及武术学习过程中的安全意识与能力四个方面。Based on the confusion of the content.index and composition of health behavior performance evaluation in students'wushu(martial arts)learning.the question of"what to evaluate!"is answered.Through the research process of theory combing.teachers'interview and Delphi expert survey,the evaluation index of wushu learning health behavior of senior high school students is constructed.This paper defines that wushu health behavior is an external health activity dominated by health thought.which is mainly manifested in four aspects,namely:the performance of lerning behavior in the process of mastering wushu techniques,the ability to adapt to the situation in wushu learning.wushu learning health management ability and wushu lerning process of safety awareness and ability.
