摘　　要：本研究采用文献资料法、实地调研法对秘宗拳东北派历代前辈传习成果与宝贵精华,从技击法则和指导理念进行阐述,解析“实战八诀”。旨在指导习练交手技法和交战对抗中的实际应用,从而充分体现出“实战八诀”技击法则意识;同时,也强化功达“实战八诀”各个技法的制敌效果。Through literature review and field study.this paper does a research on the inheritance result and essence of mizongquan(Lost Track Fist)in Northeast sect.Expounding from the attack and defense rules and its guidance,it analyzes its eight practical secrets,aiming at guiding the fighting technique and practical application.showing its attack and defense awareness while at the same time,strengthening its effect of defeating enemy.
