扶正消瘤汤对绝经后乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者生活质量及炎症因子、性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正消瘤汤对绝经后乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者生活质量及炎症因子、性激素的影响。方法:选取深圳市第二人民医院中西医结合科2019年5月至2020年5月期间收治的绝经后乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均予阿那曲唑片内分泌治疗,对照组予口服谷维素片、维生素B6片,观察组予口服中药扶正消瘤汤,疗程均为2月。比较两组患者的中医症状积分、围绝经期综合征Kupperman量表评分、乳腺癌治疗功能评价量表(FACT–B)评分、炎症因子和性激素水平的变化情况。结果:中医症状积分、Kupperman评分方面,治疗前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组均下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);FACT–B评分的5个项目分值和总分方面,治疗前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组均有所提高,且观察组增幅大于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面,观察组(96.67 %)高于对照组(66.67 %)(P<0.05);在炎症因子水平方面,治疗前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的性激素水平治疗前后组内及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:扶正消瘤汤可有效地提高绝经后乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者的生活质量,降低炎症因子水平,且对性激素水平无明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction on the quality of life,inflammatory factors,and sex hormones of postmenopausal breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy.Methods Sixty postmenopausal breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given regular oral endocrine therapy with Anastrozole tablets.The control group was given oral oryzanol tablets and vitamin B6 tablets,while the observation group was given Chinese medicine Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction for two months,then comparing two group’s scores of TCM symptoms,Kupperman scale for perimenopausal syndrome,FACT-B scores,inflammatory factors and sex hormone levels before and after treatment.Results The TCM symptom scores and Kupperman scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment (P < 0.05),and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P < 0.05).The five item scores and total scores of the FACT-B scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67% higher than that in the control group 66.67% (P < 0.05).The inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than before treatment and the control group (P < 0.05).The levels of sex hormones in the two groups did not change compared with before treatment (P > 0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of postmenopausal breast cancer endocrine therapy patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the patient’s body,and have no significant effect on the patient’s sex hormone level.
