摘　　要：近年来,新建的长输天然气管道介质流速过快,导致管道检测器无法进行内检测作业,为保证检测器的检测精度和运行安全,提出搭载速度控制装置调节检测器运行速度的方法。介绍了2种速度控制装置的结构以及在工业现场的应用情况,实践证明搭载速度控制装置可有效调控检测器的运行速度。工业应用表明:检测器通过垂直管道向上运行时速度会降低,存在憋压突然加速运行的风险,如果通过垂直管道向上运行时速度控制泄流装置处于开启状态,可能会出现由于泄流导致设备停止运行的问题,还应加强相关的研究。In recent years,the flow rate of medium in the new long distance natural gas pipeline is so fast that the inspection PIG is not adaptable to complete the inner inspection tasks,in order to ensure the inspection accuracy and running safety of the inspection PIG,the method of being equipped with speed control device to adjust the speed of the inspection PIG was introduced.Two kinds of speed control devices'structure and industrial field application were introduced,the practices proved that the PIG's running speed can be effectively controlled with equipping the speed control device.The industrial application shows that the running speed of the PIG can decrease when run upward through the vertical pipeline,and the risk of the sudden acceleration due to pressure increasing can happen,the problem of device can stop running due to the discharge can happen if the inspection PIG running upward through the vertical pipeline is on state,the relevant research should be strengthened.
