摘　　要：研发了一种可调节式对靶喷药装置。为了测试装置的性能,采用对果树连续喷雾的方式和对所设计装置的3种控制方式进行了测试,测试的果树植株间距为4m、植株平均高度为1.7m、树冠的平均直径为1.2m,测试的指标为树冠上农药雾滴的沉积率。测试结果表明:采用连续喷雾的方式的雾滴沉积率为40%,3种控制方式的雾滴沉积率分别为50.5%、78%和86%。其中,控制方式Ⅲ的沉积率最高,喷雾效果也最好。对控制方式Ⅲ进行了进一步的测试,测试的果树树冠直径由原来的1.2m扩大到2.1m,结果表明:雾滴沉积率在88%左右,且农药雾滴大多沉积在果树的树冠上,其他地区的农药沉积量较少,对靶性能良好。In this paper,an adjustable target spraying device is developed.In order to test the performance of the device,we use the continuous spray method of fruit trees and three control methods of the designed device.The spacing of fruit trees is 4m,the average height of plants is 1.7m,and the average diameter of the crown is 1.2m.The index is the deposition rate of pesticide droplets on the canopy.The test results show that the droplet deposition rate of continuous spray is 40%,and the droplet deposition rates of three control methods are 50.5%,78%and 86%respectively.The deposition rate of the device spray is higher than that of continuous spray.The deposition rate of control mode III is the highest and the spray effect is the best.Therefore,we further tested the control mode III.The diameter of fruit tree canopy was expanded from 1.2 m to 2.1 M.The test results showed that the deposition rate of fog droplets was about 88%,and most of the fog droplets were deposited on the crown of fruit trees.The amount of pesticide deposited in other areas was less,which indicated that all the devices we designed were right.Target performance.
