探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤的手术方法和临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤的方法和临床价值。方法:纳入(2019年1月至2020年1月)30例子宫阔韧带肌瘤患者,随机数表法下抽取15例患者实施开放手术,纳入对照组,另15例实施腹腔镜手术,纳入观察组,对比两组手术情况、术后恢复质量、并发症。结果:和对照组相比,观察组手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组,而手术成功率则高于对照组,和对照组相比,观察组肛门排气时间、抗生素使用时间、术后最高体温、住院时间等指标均优于对照组,和对照组相比,观察组术后并发症率仅为6.67%,低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:子宫阔韧带肌瘤使用腹腔镜手术方式进行治疗,可以缩短患者的恢复时间,同时减少术后恢复中镇痛药物的使用量,控制出血,预防术后各种并发症,因此临床应用价值高。Objective:To explore the surgical method and clinical value of laparoscopic surgery for uterine broad ligament leiomyoma.Methods:30 cases of leiomyoma of broad ligaments were included 15 cases of open operation were selected by random number table method,and 15 cases were included in the control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the success rate was higher than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the anal exhaust time,antibiotic use time,postoperative maximum body temperature,hospitalization time were better than those in the better than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the postoperative complications rate of the observation group was only 6.67%,lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of uterine broad ligament leiomyoma by laparoscopic surgery can shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the use of analgesic drugs in postoperative recovery,control bleeding and prevent all kinds of postoperative complications,so the clinical application value is high.
