摘  要:磷铁合金样品经硝酸分解、氢氟酸挥硅、高氯酸冒烟赶氟,稀释至一定体积。采用ICP光谱仪测量溶液中待测元素分析线的发射强度,根据标准溶液制作的标准曲线计算出元素最终含量。精密度试验、回收率试验证明,该方法具有较高的稳定性、准确性,满足磷铁中磷、锰含量的检测要求。The phosphorus sample was dissolved in nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid to purge volatile silicon,fluorine,and diluted to a certain volume.With the emission intensity of of the analysis line of the elements in solution to be measured by ICP spectrometer,the final element content was calculated according to the standard curve of standard solution.Through the test of precision and recovery rate,it is proved that this method has high stability and accuracy,and satisfies the test requirement of phosphorus and manganese content.
