摘 要:近年来,跨境电子商务的迅猛发展对高等院校经贸类专业人才培养提出了新的要求,基于创新创业教育理论及对各高等院校跨境电商方向教学改革实践的观察,本研究发现:将创新创业教育.跨境电商课程开发及校企合作三者相结合能够很好地推动高等院校的创新创业教育和教学改革,但跨境电子商务创新创业教育课程开发中也存在合作企业资源.项目落地、师资及行政管理制度等方面的瓶颈,因此,高等院校在跨境电商课程开发的过程中首先要优化创业教育类课程的行政制度安排,制定兼顾多方诉求的利益分配机制,注重校企合作,积极“走出去”拓展优质企业资源,建立多样化可持续的师资培训机制,创新课程评价方式等。The rapid development of cross-border E-commerce put forward new requirements of the talent cultivation for colleges. Based on the innovation & entrepreneurship education theory and observations on the education reform practices in colleges and universities, we find that the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education, cross-border ecommerce course development and school-enterprise cooperation can well promote innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching reform in higher institutions. However, there are some common problems on development of cross-border e-commerce course, for instance, lack of entrepreneurs’ cooperation programs, lack of course research team,outstanding teachers, as well as high-efficiency administrative system. Therefore, in the process of cross-border e-commerce curriculum development, colleges and universities must first optimize the administrative system arrangements for entrepreneurial education courses, and formulate the interests of multiple appeals distribution mechanism, focusing on school-enterprise cooperation, actively "going out" to expand high-quality corporate resources, establishing alternative and sustainable teacher training mechanisms, and innovating curriculum evaluation methods.
