艾愈胶囊联合利可君治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾愈胶囊联合利可君治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将2014年2月至2018年4月我院收治的138例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各69例,分别采用利可君和艾愈胶囊联合利可君治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后白细胞(WBC)计数。结果试验组总有效率(88.41%)显著高于对照组(69.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后WBC计数显著改善,且试验组化疗后WBC计数显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾愈胶囊联合利可君治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少疗效更佳,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Aiyu Capsule combined with leucogen tablets in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumor.Methods A total of 138 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumor admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=69)and the control group(n=69)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with leucogen tablets,while the control group was treated with Aiyu Capsule combined with leucogen tablets.The clinical efficacy and white blood cell(WBC)count before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.41%,which was significantly higher than 69.57%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The WBC count of the two groups of patients before and after treatment changed significantly,and the WBC count of the experimental group after chemotherapy was significantly superior to that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiyu Capsule combined with leucogen tablets has better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumor,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
