摘  要:目的评价Embosphere微球介入栓塞在支气管肺癌中的应用价值。方法收集我院2018年1月至2019年12月门诊收治的50例肺癌患者,使用Embosphere微球对其进行介入栓塞,随访术后肿瘤大小的变化、临床表现的缓解情况、化疗药物副反应情况、并发症发生情况。结果完全缓解(CR)患者9例(18%),部分缓解(PR)患者35例(70%)、稳定(NC)患者6例(12%)、无效(PD)0例(0%),总有效率为88%。5例(10%)患者出现白细胞、血小板降低,7例(14%)患者出现术后轻度恶心、呕吐,2例(4%)患者术后出现下肢麻木、无力、感觉减退,积极内科治疗上述情况消失。10例咳血患者介入治疗术后咳血均消失。结论Embosphere微球治疗支气管肺癌是有效、可选择的方法之一,治疗伴有咳血的肺癌疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the value of the interventional embolization with Embosphere microspheres in bronchogenic carcinoma.Methods A total of 50 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected and embolized with Embosphere microspheres.The changes of tumor size,the remission of clinical manifestations,side effects of chemotherapy drugs and complications were followed up.Results There were 9 patients(18%)with complete remission(CR),35 patients(70%)with partial remission(PR),6 patients(12%)with NC,and 0 patients(0%)with PD.The total effective rate was 88%.Five patients(10%)had leukopenia and thrombocytopenia,7 patients(14%)had mild postoperative nausea and vomiting,and 2 patients(4%)had postoperative numbness,weakness and hypoesthesia of lower limbs.The above conditions disappeared after active medical treatment.Hemoptysis disappeared in 10 patients after interventional therapy.Conclusion Embosphere microspheres is an effective and optional method in the treatment of bronchogenic cancer,and it is effective in the treatment of lung cancer with hemoptysis.
