摘 要:虚拟样机技术是以计算机仿真和建模技术为支持,建立系统的三维实体模型和动力学模型来分析和评估系统的性能,从而为物理样机的设计和制造提供参数依据。为此,将Pro/E建模和ADAMS仿真软件引入到了拖拉机齿轮系统的设计与仿真上,采用Pro/E建立了拖拉机涡轮蜗杆模型,利用ADAMS对齿轮系统进行了仿真设计。结果表明:采用ADAMS仿真可以成功输出齿轮的最大扭矩等结果,对于拖拉机齿轮系统的优化设计具有重要的意义。Virtual prototyping technology is based on computer simulation and modeling technology. It establishes three-dimensional solid model and dynamic model of the system to analyze and evaluate the performance of the system, so as to provide parameter basis for the design and manufacture of physical prototyping. In order to realize the design and Simulation of tractor gear system, it introduced PROE modeling and ADAMS simulation software into the design and simulation of tractor gear system, and it established the model of tractor turbine worm by PROE. Finally, the gear system is simulated by ADAMS. The computer results show that the maximum torque of the gear can be successfully output by ADAMS simulation, which is of great significance to the optimal design of the tractor gear system.
