摘 要:以饲料粉碎机为研究对象,对影响粉碎机性能的相关结构因素进行分析,得出影响粉碎机工作性能的关键因素为锤片结构参数及筛片的直径。利用聚类算法建立锤片结构参数和筛片直径与粉碎机工作性能之间的优化函数,得出粉碎机锤片和筛片的最优化结构。试验验证表明:随着筛片直径的不断增大,饲料粉碎机工作效率不断提高,每度电粉碎饲料的质量也不断增加,相同筛片直径条件下饲料平均粒径大致相等。In this paper, the feed crusher is taken as the research object. Through the analysis and introduction of the relevant structural factors that affect the performance of the crusher, it is concluded that the key factors that affect the working performance of the crusher mainly include the hammer structure parameters and the screen diameter. The cluster algorithm is used to establish the optimization function between the hammer structure parameters and screen diameter and the working performance of the crusher, and the optimization structure of the hammer and screen of the crusher is obtained. Through the experimental verification, with the increasing of the screen diameter, the working efficiency of the feed crusher is constantly improved, and the weight of the feed is also continuously increased. Under the same screen diameter, the average particle size of the feed is approximately the same.
