摘  要:五轴加工中心是复杂曲面零件加工常用的机械工具,为了提高农机零部件设计加工效率,提高零件加工精度,将UG仿真设计软件引入到了五轴加工中心零件的设计加工制造上,在曲线插补算法上提出了神经网络算法进行优化,通过降低输出误差提高了加工精度。对加工过程进行了仿真模拟,结果表明:采用UG仿真软件可以成功地实现加工过程的建模和仿真,并得到刀具的运行轨迹。由采用和不采用神经网络算法得到的加工精度对比可以看出:采用神经网络方法可以有效提高加工精度,对于农机重要精密零部件的设计制造方法研究具有重要的借鉴意义。Five-axis machining center is a common mechanical tool for machining complex curved surface parts. In order to improve the efficiency of design and machining of agricultural machine parts and improve the accuracy of machining, it introduced UG simulation design software into the design and machining of five-axis machining center parts. It proposed that it uses Neural Network algorithm to optimize the curve interpolation algorithm, which improves the machining precision by reducing the output error degree. Finally, it carried out the simulation of the machining process. The simulation results show that it successfully realized the modeling and simulation of the machining process by using UG simulation software, and obtained the running track of the cutter. The results shows that the neural network method can effectively improve the machining accuracy by the comparison of the machining accuracy obtained by using and not using neural network algorithm, which is important for agricultural machinery. It has important reference significance for the research on the design and manufacturing method of agricultural machinery.
