摘 要:传统马铃薯耕地设备存在除草率低、碎土能力差等情况,且整体的培土效果也不符合设计的标准。为此,针对马铃薯中耕机的侧身施肥、除杂草及培土等功能进行了深入的研究,对重要的部件进行了设计和分析,确定了主要工作参数,并进行了田间试验。试验结果表明:马铃薯中耕机碎土率为96%,除草率达到了97%,土壤的蓬松程度为25%,且油量消耗与多方面的功能都符合设计标准。通过与传统马铃薯耕地设备相比得出:马铃薯中耕机在驱动方面比传统马铃薯耕地设备提升了3.3%,除草率比传统马铃薯耕地设备提升了4%,降低了1.6%的伤苗率。The traditional potato farming equipment has low slapdash, poor ability to break soil, and the overall effect of the soil does not meet the design standards. In this case, this article mainly aims at the side of the potato tillage machine equipment function such as fertilizing, weeding and ridging conducted in-depth research, but also the important equipment components for the design and analysis, some of the more important parameters were determined, after completion of the design based on the actual field experiments, finally the efficiency of data and comparison with ordinary equipment. Through the actual experiment in tianjin, it can be concluded that the multi-functional potato cultivation equipment developed in the design language of this paper has a soil fragmentation rate of 96%, a practical average of 97%, and a soil fluffiness of 25% after ploughing, and the oil consumption and various functions of the equipment meet the design standards. Compared with the conventional potato field equipment, it was found that the conventional potato field equipment improved by 3.3% in terms of driving, 4% in terms of removing slobber, and 1.6% in terms of seedling damage.
