摘 要:针对网式过滤器滤网堵塞频繁、自清洗困难的技术难题,提出了一种旋流分离与负压吸附相结合的自清洗方案,设计了一种网式旋流自清洗泵前过滤器。阐述了整体结构及工作原理,确定了关键部件的结构参数,建立了杂质在过滤器中的力学模型,得出了过滤速度和吸污器转速是影响吸污器内部吸力大小的主要因素。以水头损失和除杂率为评价指标,分析流量、含杂量、转动频率在一定条件下对水头损失和除杂率变化规律,结果表明:当入口流量为300m^(3)/h、含杂量为0.3g/L、转动频率为30r/min时,过滤效果最佳,除杂率为11.6%,满足过滤设备要求。Aiming at the technical problems of frequent filter clogging and difficult self-cleaning of the mesh filter, a self-cleaning scheme combining cyclone separation and negative pressure adsorption was proposed, and a mesh-type cyclone self-cleaning pump front filter was designed.This article describes the overall structure and working principle, determines the structural parameters of key components, establishes the mechanical model of impurities in the filter, and analyzes that the filtration speed and the speed of the suction device are the main factors that affect the internal suction of the suction device.Taking the head loss and impurity removal rate as the evaluation index, analyzing the changes of the head loss and impurity removal rate under certain conditions of flow rate, impurity content, and rotation frequency, the analysis shows that when the inlet flow rate is 300 m^(3)/h, the impurity content is When 0.3 g/L and rotation frequency is 30 r/min, the filtering effect is the best, and its impurity removal rate is 11.6%, which meets the requirements of filtering equipment.
