摘 要:育苗移栽在农作物生产过程中起着关键作用,而传统的育苗移栽以人工移栽为主,导致作业人员劳动强度大、移栽效率低、移栽成本高,致使移栽效果差、农作物产量不足。为此,应用电动汽车技术,在传统钵苗移栽机的基础上,通过分析移栽机电动底盘的功能需求,对移栽机底盘进行优化和改进,完成了移栽机电动底盘的结构设计,并对移栽机驱动系统的步进电机、伺服电机及电源模块进行硬件及软件流程设计。结果表明:优化后的钵苗移栽机电动底盘具有较长的续航能力,驱动系统稳定,移栽作业效率高,大大提高了劳动生产效率,降低了农民的劳动生产强度,对实现农业生产现代化具有重要的现实意义。Seedling transplantation plays a key role in the production process of crops. Traditional seedling transplantation is mainly manual transplantation. Manual transplantation has high labor intensity, low transplanting efficiency, and high transplanting costs. Poor transplanting effect and insufficient crop yield. In order to meet the needs of agricultural production, this article uses electric vehicle technology on the basis of traditional pot seedling transplanter, analyzes the functional requirements of the transplanter electric chassis, optimizes and improves the transplanter chassis, and completes the electric chassis Structure design, module selection and hardware design of the stepper motor, servo motor and power module of the transplanter drive system, completed the software flow design of the transplanter drive system. The optimized electric chassis of the pot seedling transplanter has a longer battery life, a stable drive system, and a high efficiency in transplanting operations, which greatly improves labor productivity and reduces the labor production intensity of farmers. It has important guidance for modernizing agricultural production significance.
