基于逻辑思维视域的“工作分析”教学技法探析

摘　　要：“工作分析”是人力资源管理专业的核心课程,结构较复杂,知识点较多,学生学习和理解的难度较大。基于“工作分析”教学实践,创新教学技法,从逻辑学和教育心理学角度总结出本课程逻辑体系、核心内容和记忆方法,跨学科整合知识点,以实现专业课程群之间的融会贯通,从而达到良好的教学效果。“Job Analysis”,a core course of human resource management major,consists of complex struc⁃tures and a variety of knowledge points,which makes it difficult for students to learn and understand.Based on the teaching practice of“Job Analysis”,this paper summarizes the logical system,core content and memory methods,innovates the teaching techniques from the perspective of logic and educational psychology,and combs interdisciplinary knowledge points,so as to realize the integration of professional curriculum groups and achieve good teaching effect.
