新冠疫情期医学生与非医学生心理健康差异与应对方式关系研究

摘　　要：采用SCL-90症状自评量表和特质应对方式问卷对5425名医学生和550名非医学生进行测查,分析新冠疫情期医学生与非医学生的心理健康状况差异,探讨其与应对方式的关系。结果表明:医学生心理健康状况优于非医学生,非医学生更多采用消极应对方式;大学生心理健康异常与消极应对方式正相关,与积极应对方式负相关;年级、学业、应对方式是心理健康的主要影响因素。The SCL-90 Symptom Self-Rating Scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire were used to test 5425 medical students and 550 non-medical students,analyze the differences in mental health between medical and non-medical students during the COVID-19 epidemic period,and explore its relationship with coping styles.The results show that the mental health of medical students is better than that of non-medical students,and non-medical students use more negative coping styles;the mental health of college students is positively correlated with negative coping styles,and negatively correlated with positive coping styles;grade,academic work,and coping styles are the main psychological factors affecting health.
