摘　　要：本文对SSD固态硬盘测试方法的研究,为存储器开发者提供了大量的支持,从后端的测试反推开发设计中需要思考的问题,进而不断提高存储设备的各项指标,满足市场对产品的更高要求。The research of SSD test method in this paper provides a lot of support for memory developers.From the back-end test,we can deduce the problems that need to be considered in the development and design,and then continuously improve the indicators of storage devices to meet the higher requirements of the market for products.
