摘 要:为满足煤矿井下钻机高精度、低成本开孔定向需求,提出一种集成单轴光纤陀螺和MEMS陀螺一体的开孔定向仪。论文重点介绍了系统整体方案和姿态解算算法,最后针对原型样机进行了静态性能、动态跟踪和综合性能实验,试验结果表明钻机开孔定向仪的测量精度达到了钻机定向指标要求,系统采用单轴光纤陀螺和MEMS陀螺相结合方式,发挥了两种传感器的各自优点,降低系统成本,为煤炭领域相关定位定向测试仪器研制提供了一种新思路。In order to meet the high-precision and low-cost hole orientation requirements of underground coal mine drilling rigs,a drill hole orientation directional instrument that is integrated into single-axis fiber optic gyroscope and MEMS gyroscope was proposed.The paper focused on the overall system plan and attitude calculation algorithm.Finally,static performance,dynamic tracking and comprehensive performance experiments were carried out for the prototype.The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the drilling rig hole orientation instrument meets the drilling rig orientation index.The system used ground single-axis fiber gyro and MEMS.The combination of fiber optic gyro and the MEMS gyro provides the advantages of the two sensors,reduces the system cost,and provides a new way of thinking for the development of related positioning and orientation test instruments in the coal field.
