摘  要:目前,中国花生联合收获存在作业效率低、不同种植模式下适应能力弱及作业环境差异下收获效果差等突出问题。为解决此类问题,研制了一种4HL-6型三垄六行智能花生联合收获机。该机主要由扶秧挖掘装置、夹持输送装置、抖土装置、多垄汇集装置、摘果装置、风筛清选装置和集果装置等组成,借助航向角、俯仰角、横滚角、垄间距和垄挖掘深度等传感器,通过多垄参数智能调控系统,可完成在不同种植模式、不同作业环境下的3垄6行高质量联合收获作业。田间试验表明:该机作业性能良好,作业行数6行,损失率0.9%,破碎率0.8%,含杂率3.5%,均符合花生收获机DG/T077-2019《农业机械推广鉴定大纲》要求,满足实际生产需要。At present,China peanut combined harvester has some outstanding problems,such as low operation efficiency,weak adaptability under different planting modes and poor harvest effect under different operating environments.In order to solve this problem,this paper has developed a 4HL-6 type of intelligent peanut combined harvester with three ridges and six rows.It mainly consists of the digging device,clamping conveying device,shaking soil device,multi-ridge gathering device,fruit picking device,wind screen cleaning device,fruit collecting device and other components.Through the multi-ridge parameter intelligent control system,it can complete the high-quality combine harvest with three ridges and six rows in different planting modes and different operating environments with the aid of heading angle,pitching angle,roll angle,ridge spacing,ridge digging depth and other sensors.Field test shows that:the harvester operating performance is good,with 6 rows,loss rate of 0.9%,breakage rate of 0.8%and impurity rate of 3.5%,all of which meet peanut harvester DG/T077-2019 agricultural machinery promotion appraisal outline requirements,and meet the actual production needs.
