摘  要:无机钙钛矿纳米晶材料具有优良的物理特性,是光伏和光电领域有广泛用途的纳米材料;但高温时光致发光(PL)强度的降低,严重影响无机钙钛矿纳米晶的实际应用。本文制备了CsPbBr_(3)@SiO_(2)核壳纳米晶,并在300-550 K的温度下研究了无机钙钛矿纳米晶CsPbBr_(3)的PL行为。研究发现,随着测试温度的升高CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶产生了不同程度的PL强度的降低和PL光谱蓝移,并且当测试温度高于400 K时荧光寿命明显减小。连续PL光谱测量表明,在低于500 K的温度下CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶PL强度的损失很大程度上是可逆的,但在较高的温度下PL强度的损失是不可逆的。Inorganic perovskite nanocrystals materials have excellent physical properties and are widely used in photovoltaic and optoelectronic fields.However,the decrease of PL intensity at high temperature seriously affects the practical application of inorganic perovskite nanocrystals.In this paper,CsPbBr_(3)@SiO_(2) core-shell nanocrystals were prepared and the PL behavior of inorganic perovskite nanocrystals CsPbBr_(3)was studied at the tempertature from 300 to 500 K.It was found that CsPbBr_(3)nanocrystals had different PL intensity decrease and PL spectrum blue shift with the increase of test temperature,and the fluorescence lifetime decreased significantly when the test temperature was higher than 400 K.Continuous PL spectrometric measurements show that the PL strength loss of CsPbBr_(3)nanocrystals at temperatures below 500 K is largely reversible,but the PL strength loss is not reversible at higher temperatures.
