摘 要:以玉米收割机为研究对象,针对收割过程中由于不同的地貌特征和玉米生长状况造成的收割机推进器故障和收割机滚筒阻塞故障,设计了一种新型的玉米收割机行进速度控制系统,并设计了一种优化的模糊控制算法,对独立的收割机轮毂驱动电机进行模糊控制,实现了玉米收割机行进模糊智能控制。为验证本文设计的PID模糊控制软件有效性和可靠性,对玉米收割机模糊控制系统进行仿真实验。仿真实验表明:经过模糊控制优化后,玉米收割机轮毂驱动电机转速超调量明显降低,两侧不同位置的轮毂偏转角基本一致,达到了优化组合的目的。Taking corn harvester as the research object, this paper designs a new type of corn harvester moving speed control system,aiming at the failure of the harvester’s propeller and the blockage of the harvester’s cylinder caused by the different geomorphic characteristics and corn growing conditions.Through the design of an optimized fuzzy control algorithm, the independent wheel drive motor of the harvester is fuzzy controlled to realize the fuzzy intelligent control of the corn harvester.In order to verify the validity and reliability of the PID fuzzy control software designed in this paper, the fuzzy control system of corn harvester is simulated.Through the simulation experiment, it can be seen that after the fuzzy control optimization, the speed overshoot of the wheel drive motor of corn harvester is significantly reduced, and the wheel deflection angles at different positions on both sides are basically the same,so as to achieve the optimal combination of corn harvester control objects.
