摘  要:目的观察与探讨采用裂隙灯角度计在散光型人工晶状体植入术后轴向测量中的临床应用效果。方法随机选择2016年5月至2020年5月在我院眼科行白内障超声乳化吸出联合Toric人工晶体植入治疗的白内障合并角膜散光的患者46例,采用裂隙灯窄光带联合角度计观察检查Toric人工晶体术后轴向与术前轴向标记度数比较,差值为轴位偏移度。结果在46例患者随访中,术后1周、1个月和3个月时旋转度分别为4.08±1.08 °、4.03±1.17 °和4.04±1.13°,与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论裂隙灯角度计在Toric IOL植入术后轴位测量的方法简便、省时、适合门诊患者随访应用,具有临床指导意义。Objetive To observe and explore the clinical effect of slit lamp goniometer in astigmatic axial measurement after Toric IOL implantation.Methods Randomly selected 46 patients with cataract combined corneal astigmatism from May, 2016 to May.2020 in our hospital, which had been under cataract ultrasonic emulsification combined Toric IOL implantation surgery, were observed by a narrow slit lamp light under slit lamp goniometer and measured Toric IOL axial degree to compared with preoperative axial marked degree and then calculated axial difference for axis offset degree. Results In the follow-up of 23 patients, the rotation was 4.08±1.08°,4.03± 1.17 ° and 4.04± 1.13° at 1 week 1 month and 3 months after the operation. Compared with preoperative result, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of slit-lamp Angle meter in measuring the axial position of Toric IOL is simple, time-saving and suitable for outpatient follow-up.
