摘 要:黄河水沙条件日趋复杂,如何解决水电站水下建筑物的安全问题一直是工程难题。该文以黄河流域某水电站为例,连续2 a经历长历时、低水位、高沙量泄洪排沙等复杂运用工况,经论证水流中携裹大量推移质和沙,造成该电站泄洪排沙系统流道混凝土受冲磨蚀破坏,流道进出口水下建筑物造成不同程度水毁,严重影响到电站安全稳定运行。研究修复方案前采用水下机器人(ROV)与蛙人潜水相结合的水下检查方式摸清缺陷类型,确定修复范围,分析导致水下建筑物产生缺陷的原因,最后根据水毁缺陷类型研究制定出针对性修复方案,研究成果可为电站水下建筑物冲磨破坏修复提供借鉴。The water and sediment conditions of the Yellow River are becoming more and more complex.How to solve the safety problem of the underwater structures of the hydropower station is always a difficult engineering problem.Taking a hydropower station in the Yellow River Basin as an example,this paper demonstrates that the water flow contains a large amount of bed load and sand after two years of complicated operation conditions such as long duration,low water level and high sediment discharge,the erosion and erosion of the concrete in the flow passage of the flood discharge and sediment discharge system of the power station,and the water damage of the underwater buildings at the inlet and outlet of the flow passage,seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the power station.The underwater inspection method,which combines underwater robot(Rov)with underwater diver,is used to find out the types of the defects and determine the scope of repair,finally,according to the study of water damage defect types,a targeted repair scheme is worked out.This study can be used as a reference for the repair of other underwater structures damaged by erosion and abrasion.
