警务危机谈判机器人主动对话方法研究

摘　　要：在警务危机劫持人质事件谈判中,模拟谈判专家的机器人在生成对话时,除了考虑劫持者的语句以外,还需要根据劫持者的情绪、当前的环境以及对其他诸多条件的判断下才能正确组织对话内容,由于要掌控对话的方向和进程,现有基于深度学习的对话系统很难满足这样对话场景,因此提出警务危机谈判流程单元控制方案。该方案通过模仿谈判专家的思维方式使机器人具有警务危机谈判能力,将警务危机处置中已积累的经验作为知识,用谈判专家积累总结的谈判经验建立谈判流程控制单元,用以控制谈判的进度和议题,采用框架知识、逻辑推理规则确定谈判的流程结构,按照谈判单元意图及对方应答搜索谈话语言,对搜索到的语言进行过滤、筛选,根据谈判意图进行修正,生成谈判语句,并对谈判过程中每个单元进行效果评估。评估结果用于添加单元意图,最后通过案例验证方法的可行性。本方案也可用于其他谈判中,但要对流程单元的目的和意图等进行修改。In the negotiation of the hostage-taking incident of police crisis,when the robot that simulates the negotiation expert generates a dialogue,in addition to considering the sentence of the hijacker,it also needs to be organized correctly according to the emotion of the hijacker,the current environment and the judgment of many other conditions.The content of the dialogue,due to the need to control the direction and progress of the dialogue,the existing dialogue system based on deep learning is difficult to meet such a dialogue scenario,so the police crisis negotiation process unit control scheme is proposed.This solution makes the robot have the ability to negotiate police crises by imitating the way of thinking of negotiators.It uses the accumulated experience in the handling of police crises as knowledge,and uses the negotiation experience accumulated and summarized by the negotiators to establish a negotiation process control unit to control the negotiation process.Progress and issues,using framework knowledge and logical reasoning rules to determine the structure of the negotiation process,search for the conversation language according to the intention of the negotiation unit and the response of the other party,filter and screen the searched language,modify according to the negotiation intention,generate the negotiation sentence,and During the negotiation process,each unit is evaluated for its effectiveness.The evaluation result is used to add the unit intent,and finally the feasibility of the method is verified through a case.This solution can also be used in other negotiations,but the purpose and intention of the process unit must be modified.
