摘　　要：陈达夫教授在《中医眼科六经法要》中创造性地将眼科六经辨证与河间玄府理论相结合,对玄府概念的内涵、玄府闭塞的病因病机及治法方药作了重要的发挥与补充;在临床实践中积极探索开通玄府治疗多种疑难眼病的方法并取得很大成功,积累了十分宝贵的经验,其意义已经远超出眼科领域。先生为玄府学说的发扬光大贡献卓著,堪称河间之功臣,更是近年兴起的川南玄府学术流派先驱。Professor Chen Dafu creatively combined the syndrome differentiation of the six meridians of ophthalmology with Liu Hejian’s Xuanfu theory in The Six Meridians of Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which played an important role in the connotation of the concept of Xuanfu,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of Xuanfu occlusion.In clinical practice,he actively explored the methods of opening Xuanfu to treat various difficult eye diseases and achieved great success,accumulating very valuable experience The significance has gone far beyond the field of Ophthalmology.Since he has made outstanding contributions to the development of Xuanfu theory,He can be called a giants for carrying the torch of Liu Hejian,and is also the pioneer of Xuanfu school in southern Sichuan that rises in recent years.
