摘　　要：报告1例由于基因突变致先天性肝纤维化患儿肝移植术后的护理过程。护理要点:防治肝动脉血栓、早期监测消化道出血倾向、加强营养支持、免疫抑制剂的有效服用、合理的液体管理及预防感染。患儿术后14天康复出院。The nursing of 1 case of child with congenital hepatic fibrosis(because of gene mutation)after liver transplant⁃ing.The nursing points:prevention of hepatic artery thrombosis and early monitoring of gastrointestinal bleeding,strengthening of nutritional support,effective use of immunosuppressants,reasonable liquid management and infection prevention.The patient recovered and discharged 14 days after operation.
