摘 要:为提高茶树插穗生根速度,本试验首先通过单因素试验,考察了基质组成、环境温度、植物生长调控剂等因素对插穗生根效率的影响。在此基础之上,采用响应面分析法分析了各因素之间的相互作用关系,构建了茶树插穗生根效率的数学模型,获得了茶树插穗最佳生根培养条件,3次验证试验结果与模型预测值非常接近。综合生产实际,试验认为茶树插穗最佳生根条件为基质含沙量70%、温度24℃、生根剂浓度50 mg/L、生根剂处理时间9 min。In order to increase the rooting speed of tea cuttings,the effects of medium composition,environmental temperature,plant growth regulators and other factors on rooting efficiency of tea cuttings were investigated through single factor experiment.On this basis,the interaction relationship between various factors was analyzed by response surface methodology,the mathematical model for rooting efficiency of tea cuttings was constructed,and the optimal rooting culture conditions of tea cuttings were obtained,the results of three verification experiments are very close to the model predictions.Integrated production practice,the results of the study indicate that the best conditions for rooting of tea cuttings were as follows:sand content of 70%,temperature of 24℃,rooting agent concentration of 50 mg/L,treatment time of 9 min.
