柬埔寨双瓣茉莉全封闭紧贴覆膜扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：为探索不同处理对柬埔寨双瓣茉莉扦插繁殖的影响,以3~4 a生柬埔寨双瓣茉莉植株的当年生枝条为扦插材料,分别探讨了全封闭紧贴覆膜扦插、IBA和NAA的应用、插穗留芽数及留叶片数等对扦插生根及生长的影响。结果表明:采用全封闭紧贴覆膜方式扦插,能维持湿润的扦插环境,有效减少插穗蒸腾失水,较好保持插穗叶片的叶形及叶色,插穗生根率、根系数量及根系长度显著高于不覆膜扦插;同时可有效缩短扦插移栽时间,扦插40 d后可进行移栽。采用全封闭紧贴覆膜扦插方式,插穗保留两片全叶及采用浓度为80 mg/L的NAA处理,对插穗的生根率、根系数量和根系长度有促进作用,留芽数过多不利于插穗生根,留芽数以1~2个为佳。柬埔寨双瓣茉莉扦插生根方式以皮部生根为主,生根部位多集中在插穗芽点周围及下切口。In order to explore the effects of different treatments on cutting propagation of Cambodian Jasminum sambac,using the branch of current year of three to four-year-old Cambodian Jasminum sambac as cutting materials,the influences of fully closed and close film mulching cutting,application of IBA and NAA,the number of buds and leaves retention on the rooting and growth of cutting were studied.The results showed that the cuttings covered with fully closed and close mulching film could maintain moist cutting environment,effectively reduce transpiration and water loss of cuttings,better maintain the leaf shape and color of cuttings,the cutting rooting rate,root number and root length of covered with film were significantly higher than those without film-mulched cutting;At the same time,it can effectively shorten the time of cutting and transplanting,and ransplanting can be carried out after 40 days of cutting.The rooting rate,the number of roots and the length of roots of cuttings were promoted by the way of fully closed and close film mulching cuttings,retaining two whole leaves of cuttings and NAA treatment with the concentration of 80 mg/L.Remaining too many buds was not conducive to the rooting of cuttings,1~2 buds left were the best.The main rooting way of Cambodian Jasminum sambac cuttings is mainly skin rooting,and the rooting sites are mostly concentrated around the bud point and the lower cut.
