摘 要:为明确发生于贵州省湄潭县茶叶所茶树资源圃中的茶轮斑病病原,采用单孢分离法和离体接种法对病原菌进行分离和致病性测定,分别观察形态学特征及结合分子生物学技术以确定病原菌的种类。结果表明,菌株ZYP04-5能够侵染茶树叶片,是茶轮斑病的致病菌;形态学特征结合病原菌的ITS、β-tubulin和tef1基因分析结果确定引起茶轮斑病的病原菌为卵圆新拟盘多毛孢(Neopestalotiopsis ellipsospora)。研究结果可为该病菌引起的茶轮斑病的防控提供理论基础。In order to identify the pathogen of tea gray blight that occurred in the tea resource nursery of Tea Research Institute in Meitan County,Guizhou Province.The single spore isolation method and in vitro inoculation method were used to isolate the pathogen and determine its pathogenicity.Morphological characteristics and combination of molecular biological technology were observed to determine the species of pathogen.The results showed that the strain ZYP04-5 could infect the leaves of tea plants,and it was the pathogen of tea gray blight;The morphological characteristics combined with analysis results of the pathogens of ITS,β-tubulin and tef1 genes to determine the pathogen causing tea gray blight was Neopestalotiopsis ellipsospora.The research can provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of tea gray blight caused by this pathogen.
