摘 要:搭建了某中速船用柴油机工作过程一维仿真模型,基于该模型,研究了高、低压级增压器压比分配和EGR率对柴油机性能的影响。仿真结果表明:低压级压比分配比例为0.46时,可以同时使高、低压级增压器均运行在高效区;EGR率为17.5%~22%时,目标柴油机油耗不超过原机,同时可满足TierⅢ排放要求。A 1D working process simulation model of a medium speed diesel engine was constructed,based on which the effects of pressure ratio distribution of high and low stage turbocharger and EGR rate on the performance of the diesel engine were studied.The simulation result shows that when the pressure ratio distribution of low stage turbocharger is 0.46,both the high and low stage turbochargers work in the high-efficiency zone;when the EGR rate is 17.5%~22%,the target diesel engine can meet TierⅢemission levels,with no more fuel consumption than the original machine.
