摘 要:针对现今植物油基钻井液润滑剂在摩擦表面吸附能力低,润滑性能差的问题,通过植物油硫化改性,助剂筛选,开发了以硫化植物油、吐温85、司盘80以及油酸为主要成分的高性能钻井液润滑剂VSAL。润滑剂具有较高的水分散能力,显著的润滑性能,与钻井液配伍能力强,热稳定性高。润滑剂采用了一种新型的级联吸附润滑机理即油酸自组装成膜完成金属表面疏水改性,硫化植物油自动富集并在极压条件替代油酸吸附于钻具表面形成更为牢固的润滑膜,从而提升润滑性能。该润滑剂具有较高的现场钻井应用前景。In order to improve the problems of current vegetable oil-based lubricants for drilling fluid including low adsorption capacity and poor lubrication performance,through the vulcanization modification of vegetable oils and the selection of additives,a high-performance drilling fluid lubricant VSAL was developed using vulcanized vegetable oil,Tween 85,Span 80 and oleic acid as main components.The lubricant with high water dispersibility,remarkable lubricating performance displayed strong compatibility with drilling fluid,and high thermal stability.The lubricant adopted a novel lubricating mechanism of cascade adsorption.The oleic acid self-assembled into a film to enable the hydrophobic modification of the metal surface.The vulcanized vegetable oil was automatically aggregated on the surface of drilling tool and replaced the oleic acid to form a stronger lubricating film under extreme pressure conditions.Hence,the lubricating performance was improved.The lubricant has a high prospect for field drilling applications.
