摘  要:介绍了一个综合型物理化学实验:地沟油的鉴定。地沟油的鉴定用电导率法、电容法、分光光度法以及凝固点等四种方法来进行,这四种方法都能够显著地判断油质量的好坏。该实验来源于实际生活,是有机化学实验操作、电化学、结构化学和热力学等理论知识的综合应用。综合实验有效增强了学生对物理化学实验课程的学习兴趣,提高了学生的综合操作能力、创新能力和应用能力。A comprehensive physicochemical experiment was introduced to identificate gutter oil.The gutter oil’s quality was discriminated by electrical conductivity,electric capacity,spectrophotometry and freezing point.All these methods can obviously judge the quality of oil.This experiment based on real life is a comprehensive application of the theoretical knowledge of the operation of organic chemistry,electrochemistry,structural chemistry and thermodynamics.By carrying out the omprehensive experiments,the learning interest of undergraduates on physicochemical experiment was inspired.Comprehensive experiment is conducive to improve students'comprehensive operational ability,innovative ability and application ability.
